[CT] 복부 CT 3D reconstruction 웹뷰어

프로젝트 Overview

인천가톨릭대학교 학부수업 '바이오메디컬아트' 특강(5회)으로

진행했던 복부 CT 3D reconstruction의 결과물이다.

3D Slicer 프로그램을 활용하여 오픈된 CT 데이터를 기반으로 3D reconstruction하였다.

stl로 모델을 추출한 후, Blender 3D에서 폴리곤 수를 줄이고 p3in 이라는

웹 3D 뷰어 플랫폼에 obj 모델로 업로드하여 웹뷰어로 볼 수 있도록 하였다.
